Lexden Celebrates Six Award Shortlistings for Customer Experience Excellence

Lexden, a leader in customer experience (CX) innovation, is thrilled to announce shortlistings for six prestigious awards, recognising our global commitment to transforming customer experiences.

CX World Games Nominated for the BQF Patron’s Award

In 2020, our Managing Director, Christopher Brooks, founded the Customer Experience World Games (CXWG) with a vision to make a positive impact through CX during the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. The initiative aimed to engage volunteers from around the world in a fun, impactful way—without any cost to participants. The response has been overwhelming, with professionals volunteering their time and expertise to help real-world causes.

Since its inception, the Customer Experience World Games has grown into a global event, attracting close to 1,000 players from over 40 countries. Each year, we collaborate with charities and NGOs, empowering them to enhance their donor, volunteer, and beneficiary experiences through innovative CX solutions. To date, the CXWG has supported 18 charitable organisations, driving meaningful change worldwide.

We are honoured to be nominated for the BQF Patron’s Award for ‘Excellent Organisations Doing Excellent Things’. This recognition celebrates organisations that have significantly impacted society. We will present our case to the finalists judging panel in November 2024, with the awards ceremony set to take place at Wembley Stadium in March 2025.

Two CX Today CX Leaders Awards Shortlistings

Christopher Brooks, MD of Lexden, has been shortlisted for CX Influencer of the Year and CX Culture Champion of the Year. The CX Influencer award rewards individuals who have profoundly impacted the customer experience sector through effective thought leadership, advocacy, or educational efforts. The CX Culture Champion of the Year award celebrates leaders who have successfully cultivated and maintained an inclusive, engaging, and productive organisational culture.

ICXA™ 2024 Shortlisting for Best B2B CX with Biotech client

We have been shortlisted for the Best B2B CX award at the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA™) 2024. This nomination reflects our collaborative efforts to drive customer-centric improvements with our clients. The ICXA™ awards celebrate outstanding CX achievements and will be held on 21 November 2024 at Park Plaza Riverbank, London. We are excited to join some of the industry’s leading innovators at this inspiring event.

Two Nominations at the Customer Centricity World Series Awards

We have also been shortlisted for two awards at the upcoming Customer Centricity World Series: ‘Customer Centric Culture’ and ‘Customer Centricity in B2B’. These nominations recognise our work with our clients and theor dedication to putting customers at the heart of their business strategy, demonstrating their industry leadership in B2B customer experience. The conference and awards ceremony will take place on 12 November 2024, in Amsterdam.
