Lexden recognised with 2026 Global Recognition Award

Lexden has been awarded a 2026 Global Recognition Award, recognising exceptional achievement in innovation, customer experience, leadership, and research.

The award is highly selective. Fewer than 6 per cent of 15,000 annual entrants receive recognition. Lexden’s performance placed it at the top end of the judging scale.

This recognition reflects a deliberate shift in Lexden’s business model. Over the past two years, the firm has evolved from a single-service consultancy into a multi-venture organisation, extending its impact across education, industry leadership, and ultra-premium client experience.

The first of these ventures is the Mini MBA in Customer Experience Management. Built on two decades of practical CX delivery, the programme is already used by organisations including the NHS, Monzo, Icelandair, Admiral, Syngenta, and Bosch. Its focus is on applied learning, giving professionals tools they can use immediately.

Lexden has also taken on leadership of the Protect Association, a long-established UK insurance community. Under Lexden’s management, membership has doubled to 120 companies, with expanded programmes and new commercial opportunities.

The third venture, Lexden Luxe, focuses on ultra-high-net-worth client experience. Co-founded with Professor Dr Phil Klaus, it works with brands in sectors such as private aviation and superyachts, where expectations go beyond standard CX frameworks.

Christopher Brooks, Managing Director of Lexden, said:
“This recognition reflects the work our team and partners have put into building something more resilient and more relevant. We saw early that the consultancy model was changing. Instead of protecting what we had, we chose to build something broader that could deliver value in different ways.”

Alex Sterling, spokesperson for Global Recognition Awards, commented:
“Lexden identified where its expertise had the most leverage, built three credible ventures, and delivered measurable results across all of them within a short period of time.”

The award recognises not just growth, but the clarity and consistency behind it. Each venture builds on the same core capability developed over 20 years of CX practice.
